A warm welcome

to the guesthouse of family Oberhauser. The pension was built in 1997 and offers a comfortable atmosphere in the middle of the Europasportregion Kaprun – Zell am See.
 
The varieties of Sport and Recreational Activities as well as the well developed Night Life of the Europasportregion will convince you. Kaprun and Zell am See lie at about 750 to 800m altitude and are surrounded by over thirty 3000m high mountains.
 
To offer a comfortable journey to Kaprun, we provide parkings for guests at the house. 50m away, you can find a bus stop where a shuttle service offers free transportation to the lifts every 15 minutes. The center of Kaprun is about 800m away.
